General Terms and Conditions

  1. Scope & Acceptance : By using the Site or bidding on a vessel, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and return policy.

  2. Age: You must be at least 18 to purchase our vessels. Alcohol links are only for those 21+, and licensed retailers must verify age and obtain an adult signature.

  3. Services: We sell non-alcoholic vessels; each auction or single-piece sale is for one unique item. When we feature alcoholic products, we act only as an unlicensed third-party provider, forwarding your order to a licensed retailer. We never take title to the alcohol.

  4. Third-Party Relationship: Your vessel purchase is a contract with us. Any alcohol purchase is a separate contract with the licensed retailer, who controls product selection, pricing, acceptance of orders and shipping. We may receive a marketing fee, but cannot control the retailer’s operations.

  5. Compliance with Law: Licensed retailers must comply with all shipping laws, including conspicuous package labelling and adult-signature requirements. They are responsible for any quantity limitations or other legal restrictions.

  6. Health & Safety WarningCalifornia Proposition 65 requires us to warn that drinking alcoholic beverages can increase cancer risk and cause birth defects

Terms of Sale for Vessels and Accessories

  1. Orders & Acceptance: Because most vessels are sold at auction or as single-piece sales, your bid or offer is an offer to purchase. A contract forms only when we confirm you as the winning bidder. We may decline bids or offers, including if a reserve price isn’t met or for suspected fraud.

  2. Prices & Payment: Prices exclude taxes/shipping. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the final bid price plus applicable taxes and shipping.

  3. Shipping & Delivery: We ship within the U.S. (and internationally where permitted). Risk of loss passes to you when the vessel is handed to the carrier.

  4. Returns & Cancellations: Cancellations are allowed until the vessel ships. See the return policy below for details.

  5. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify us for misuse of the Site.

Notice Regarding Alcoholic Products

  1. Separate Contract: Alcohol orders are processed by the licensed retailer (identified at checkout); they collect payment and handle shipping.

  2. Flow of Funds: All payments for alcohol go to the licensed retailer; we never hold customer funds.

  3. Title & Risk: Title passes from the retailer to you at their licensed premises; we never hold title.

  4. Shipping & Legal Restrictions: The retailer arranges shipping. They must comply with all applicable laws, including adult-signature and label requirements; they decide if a shipment is legal to your location.

  5. Age Verification: The retailer is responsible for verifying age at delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

  1. Vessels: Returns of non-alcoholic merchandise are allowed within 30 days if unused and in original condition. Contact us for authorisation before returning.

  2. Alcohol: Because we don’t sell alcohol, we cannot accept returns on alcoholic products. California law generally allows returns only for defective, spoiled, contaminated, mislabelled or unlawfully sold alcohol. Contact the licensed retailer to resolve any issues.

  3. No Returns for Taste : Returns for dislike or change of mind are not permitted.
